Open Dates
Please take the time to read.

Dates are posted to the calendar as deposits are received. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. You will also receive an email from rich@havepigwilltravel.com telling you the deposit was received and the date is yours.
You must confirm all details one week prior to your event, head count, serving time, cooking location (address), food order and I will give you my arrival time. HEAD COUNTS DO NOT CHANGE AFTER I ORDER THE PIG.
Once you know the date you would like please contact us by email or phone and I will confirm if in fact the date is available. The calendar below will be updated as often as possible. But keep in mind a day could appear open but a customers check may be in the mail.
If for any reason you need to cancel, I refund all deposits if I receive two (2) full weeks notice. Credit card refunds are subject to a small fee. (whatever the bank charges me).
