Many dates get taken by my large number of repeat customers.

All jobs require a $150.00 deposit by check, credit card or Paypal. Large crowds of 250 people or more require a larger deposit. No date is reserved until we receive the deposit and you have received your confirmation email from rich@havepigwilltravel.com . We will then contact you about a week prior to confirm head count, serving time and location. I refund all deposits in full with a two (2) full weeks 14 days notice. I do charge a travel fee if traveling outside of Hunterdon county. We limit our travel to 2 hours one way. I do not travel to Long Island or South of Atlantic City.
We require a cooking area that we can roll the roaster to. The roaster does not go up or down steps, over walls, in buildings, under decks, up or down steep hills. We require about a 16'x20' area for our roaster & canopy. You and your family, neighbors, friends or anyone else does not help us move the equipment or help us cook, so please do not ask (it is a lawyer thing). We are fully insured and can provide a "certificate of insurance" if need. Ah the family dog... if the family dog, cat, aardvark, alpaca or whatever the pet comes in the cooking area during the carving of the pig all carving will cease period. Keep in mind we usually depart about 1.5 to 2 hours after the carving of the pig.
