Pork Bones
In this famous video Gary shows off a new way to shred the pork, using the pork bones.



While traveling in Thailand I spent most of my time in the North around Kalasin. However I did spend a few days in Pattaya in the South. While walking around on sio 8 I came across a lady roasting a pig outside a "beer bar". It is different then how I cook a pig. It looked good but she would no let me hae a taste because I was not a customer of the bar.
